Our commitment

We want CivicMatrix AI to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We design with semantic structure, full keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, and reduced-motion support, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility.

Current status — honest

We do not currently claim conformance with WCAG 2.x AA, Section 508, or EN 301 549. A formal accessibility audit and VPAT have not yet been performed; they are planned as a post-award activity. This statement describes our design practices and intent, not a certified conformance level.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email govtech@ltigroupllc.com with the page and a description. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and to prioritize fixes that restore access.
